Should you choose to claim your allocation of $VOW from the smart contract, there is no requirement to pay any money or tokens to Enigmatic Smile Limited for this allocation. Consequently, Enigmatic Smile Limited explicitly disclaims all liability to you for any and all damages caused to you for any reason whatsoever in connection with your claim.

The amount of $VOW allocated to you has been carefully determined based on the daily market average value of both EMBR and $VOW tokens over the past 6 months, adjusted upwards to the market price on the effective date of the EMBR token sunsetting. EMBR token holders have been allocated $VOW tokens equivalent to the market value of their EMBR holdings at that specific time and are not economically disadvantaged by EMBR tokens being discontinued as the token of the Embr ecosystem.
